PiccMaQ Apps and Websites follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These may be linked to information that is personally identifiable like the IP Address. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Third Party Sign In Providers

We may provide you the possibility to sign in via a third party like Facebook or Google. This is done in assumption that you own an account at one of the aforementioned third party sign in providers and to enable quick sign in. Third-party ad servers or ad networks and sign in providers use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on our websites and apps, which are sent directly to users’ browser or devices. Embedded Youtube Images and Videos

In some cases we rely on Youtube for the delivery of some contents like videos and contents thumbnails or images. This means that when you use our products, you also use services provided by Youtube and are bounded by their terms of service and their privacy policy.

Emails and Newsletters

We may employ the use of external email service provider for sending emails to e-mail addresses. Some of these providers include Google’s and Twilio Sendgrid. The use of external providers ensures email delivery and security.

When we send emails through these providers, they are provided with your email address, your name and the entire content of the email that we sent to you.

Shortlinks created on QR-Man are NOT anonymous. When you create a shortlink we save your IP Address and associate it with the link. This is saved until the link is deleted. We do this to ensure our services are not being exploited.
